Bb TROMBONE CONN 6H
VINTAGE PRO LEVEL

S/N C76741 CIRCA 1964 - Pre-owned, Sold "As Is"

BORE SIZE: .500"

BELL SIZE: 8" Diameter

INCLUDES: Original Case & Conn 3 Mouthpiece

Serviced and Ready to Play. This is a pre-owned trombone: there are dents, dings, scratches and wear in general from prior use. There is some platting loss on the inner slides which was buffed and smoothed out, see listing pictures. Slide movement is good. Original lacquer has darkened and is scratched. Multiple dents were taken out but memory in the metal and caution to not over due dent removal which could cause additional damage were exercised by the repair tech. Original case got new spring latches installed so it's in much better useable shape. All and all this trombone is back up to play condition and ready for the next trombonist to put it in their stable of T-bones.

For those that know/seek the Conn 6H model trombone for their work or collection no need to say much here, just take a peek at the pics and description and see if this is a good fit for you. The Conn 6H is typically seeked out among jazz trombonist or a player needing a small .500" bore instrument that fits jazz, funk, rock, solo styles/genres. Frank Rosolino, Carl Fontana were some of the notable trombonists to favor this Conn model bone back in the day, including the Stan Kenton band trombone section at one point. Features a .500" bore, bell engraving, original case, original Conn 3 mouthpiece.
